CCAM Cluster event was successfully organized by ROADVIEW EU project, on the 24th of September 2024, at 10.00 CET, online.
Participants had the chance to explore the challenges and opportunities for the European CCAM industry and to participate in stimulating discussions, knowledge exchange, and networking within the CCAM community.

This event was organized by the ROADVIEW_EU project in collaboration with the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM), and it featured selected EU-funded projects: EVENTS, AI-SEE Project, AWARD-H2020, , IN2CCAM, and PoDIUM Project.
Among the speakers were Bill Roungas (EVENTSproject22), Christian M. (CCAM Association), Coen Bresser (IN2CCAM), Eren Erdal Aksoy (ROADVIEW_EU), Jan-Erik Källhammer (AI-SEE Project), Dr. Loha Hashimy (AWARD-H2020), Marzena Jougounoux (CCAM Association), and Vasilis Sourlas (PoDIUM Project), who shared their insightful presentations and lively interactions.
